Teen Training

Teen membership is available for 13 years and above.
Must be signed up by a parent at reception. If the parent signs up online for the child, both parent and child must come in together and pay the membership fee at reception.
Child requires a FULL induction from one of our Gym Instructors. This can be arranged at reception.

 

For training, teens must show up in proper gym wear and footwear. No school shoes or crocs.

Teens will have access to any cardio machines and resistance machines as long as the lightest weights are used. They do not have access to the free weights area. This includes exercises like bench press, deadlift, and barbell squats. Any heavy lifting MUST be avoided.

Please follow health and safety guidelines. If there is any inappropriate behaviour, teens will be asked to leave the gym and may not be allowed to return.


Training times: 

Week days - 1 hour slots between 3pm-5:30pm or 7pm -9pm.

Weekends - 1 hour slots. Saturday 8am-4pm, Sunday 9am-2pm
