Paramount Health & Fitness Club established in Bedlington in 1996. We are a family run business focused on excellent customer service and member support.

Many of our current members have been with us since we opened our doors almost 30 years ago and continue to enjoy our spacious and fully equipped facility.  

We have everything you need to help you reach your fitness goals, whether that be to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up, run a marathon or simply maintain or improve your general health and wellbeing.
